You’re craving connection, community, and long-lasting change. Group therapy offers all of this and more.
This is an interpersonal process group–a deep diving, working therapy group. This is not a support group, and it’s not a workshop. Encounter your emotions, your reactions to others, and your self here–in the present moment. Reparative experiences, emotional processing, and change are all inevitable.
If you are working through avoidance, social anxiety, isolation, family of origin problems…group therapy is a super-effective way to address what gets in the way of being your full, authentic, human self.

Group is a great, low pressure and safe place to work on your social anxiety! Also, it is VERY normal to be worried about who will be in group and whether you’ll get along well. Just imagine everyone else is worried about the same thing. Give yourself the chance to try it out!

This is an hour long, weekly process group—this frequency is what I’ve found to be the best for people’s schedules and the effectiveness of group. Group sessions cost $60 per week. An initial meeting with Jessica is required for assessment, goal setting, and group guidelines at the full session rate of $175.

YES and I encourage it, if it’s available to you! If you are currently seeing a therapist, you can continue to see them and I am happy to become part of your collaborative care team. You can also see me individually while you’re engaged in group work.
Individual therapy sessions can offer much more space for your story, emotions, and reactions to the group process. I recommend it especially if you are working through struggles with disordered eating, substance use, or other process addictions.

This is an ongoing group that will run as long as there are members participating in the group. I recommend committing to 6 sessions, and beyond that it is up to you (with my support!) to decide when you are ready to leave.
Most people experience full benefits around 6 months of group work, and many choose to update their goals and continue for more benefits.
