I specialize in adults who experienced relational childhood trauma and late diagnosed ADHD—these umbrellas also include disordered eating, overuse of substances, grief, depression, anxiety, dissociation, identity and value exploration, and mind-body disconnection.
I see adults only, mostly women, and lots of “third culture kids” (for example, those with immigrant parents who do not identify fully with their parents’ culture or fully with American culture).

I have been practicing for over a decade in various clinical settings, including addiction and eating disorder recovery centers since 2014 and private practice since early 2019.

No, I am not in-network with any insurance company. All services are private pay.
If you have insurance and would like to work with me, I highly recommend calling the customer service number for your insurance carrier to inquire about out-of-network benefits. Some plans will reimburse you directly, and for this I can provide a superbill. If you have questions—let me know!
group FAQs

Group is a great place to work through your social anxiety! Also, it is VERY normal to be worried about who will be in group and whether you’ll get along well. It’s very likely everyone else is worried about the same thing. Give yourself the chance to try it out!

This is an hour long, weekly process group—this frequency is what I’ve found to be the best for people’s schedules and the effectiveness of group. Group sessions cost $75 each. An initial meeting with Jessica is required for assessment, goal setting, and group guidelines at the individual session rate of $175.

YES and I encourage it, if it’s available to you! If you are currently seeing a therapist, you can continue to see them and I am happy to become part of your collaborative care team. You can also see me individually while you’re engaged in group work.
Individual therapy sessions can offer much more space for your story, emotions, and reactions to the group process. I recommend it especially if you are working through struggles with disordered eating, substance use, or other process addictions.

This is an ongoing group that will begin when we have at least 4 members. I recommend committing to 6 sessions, and beyond that it is up to you (with my support!) to decide when you are ready to leave.
Most people experience full benefits around 6 months of group work, and many choose to update their goals and continue for more benefits!
